Referral from your Veterinarian
We will request your pet’s medical record from your referring veterinarian and you may be asked to bring previous x-rays of your pet with you to your initial appointment at our clinic. After treatment has been completed, we will be in contact with your veterinarian via a report regarding your pet’s diagnosis and treatment.
