Jason LapoleJason Lapole, Licensed Veterinary Technician
Jason was basically "born" into the veterinary field. His mom was an assistant and at 4.5 weeks he spent several hours a day with her at the surgery clinic, no less, sitting in a baby seat in a stainless steel cage!! His first job was at a veterinary clinic at 8 years of age. Jason was home schooled and received his AAS degree at 18. He continued to be an assistant at a surgery clinic, along with relief work in ER. He became a licensed tech in 2005. Jason has worked many hours in surgery and ER. He lives with three dogs (an old crotchety Clumber, Freckles; an old friendly Newfoundland, Moses; and a young troublemaker Rottweiler, Beau) and two cats that he rescued from the ER clinic. While he has shown and bred Newfoundlands and Clumber Spaniels with his family for many years, his real love and challenge is obedience. He has put obedience degrees on three dogs. He is currently showing and training his Rottweiler, Beau. Jason joined the PSAH technician team in December of 2009.
