Rebecca PulsRebecca Puls, Front Office Administrator and Client Referral Coordinator
Rebecca grew up in Bothell, WA, and has been at Puget Sound Animal Hospital since 1986. She started as a veterinary assistant and gradually became the front office administrator. She attended Western Washington University and graduated in Biology in 1980. Prior to working at PSAH she worked at a general veterinary practice in Bellingham. The two loves of her life are husband, Michael, and Surfer, a beautiful blue eyed Shetland Sheepdog. In her spare time she loves to ride her bike, participate in triathlons, travel and enjoy time with friends and family.


Jane Hartwell-Hawk, Client Referral Coordinator
Jane graduated from Pierce College Veterinary Technology program in 1991 and has been employed at PSAH since 1992. Jane lives in Maple Valley with her husband, Mark, three dogs, three cats, one horse, and a turtle.


John IsaksonJohn Isakson, Hospital Support Staff
John grew up in northern Minnesota. After high school graduation, he entered the United States Air Force. During his 23 year career, he was an aircraft maintenance technician, a B-52 gunner and then became an officer after graduation from Colorado State University in Fort Collins. After his military retirement, he worked for the Boeing Company in both Wichita and Seattle. He retired again after 13 years with Boeing. John joined the Puget Sound Animal Hospital staff in 1999. His duties include facility maintenance, equipment repair and janitorial duties. His hobbies include woodworking, automobiles, traveling and spending time with family and friends. His wife, Estelle, is also a Boeing retiree. Their favorite critter is Kayla, an Australian Shepherd/Border Collie mix who has owned and trained them for the past five years.


Bill LorangerBill Loranger, Hospital Support Staff
Bill was born in Bellevue, WA and moved to Redmond in 1955. He was employed for 4 years at the Redmond IGA (now Redmond QFC) and for 32 years as a dental laboratory technician, 10 years of that being self-employed. He also designs and manufactures copper wire jewelry. Bill is married with one son who has allergies, so Bill’s family has no pets at this time. Bill joined the Puget Sound Animal Hospital family in 2006. Along with his janitorial duties, Bill is a “pet guardian” providing emotional and physical support to your pet while taking care of their creature comforts.
